How much should I take daily? Suggest one scoop daily of Reliv Now or Classic in the beverage of your choice; 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon so your body can be fed throughout the day. If you are dealing with a health issue you can take 2 – 3 scoops per day. Suggest at least 2 capsules daily and if you are dealing with health issues you can certainly take more. For high cholesterol take an additional two before bedtime when the liver is naturally producing cholesterol. If needed, capsules may be opened and placed in a liquid or with other Reliv products.

Can I mix with other Reliv products? Absolutely, all Reliv products are designed to be taken together. Only ReversAge is recommended to be taken separately in the evening.
